New Defender coming soon ?

Hello, So were still waiting aren't we ? Where's the new Defender replacement ? Well maybe its gonna come from someone else! Heard about this Project from a friend - https://www.ineos.com/businesses/ineos-automotive/about/
So when Britains Richest man wants to make one (Apparently richest person in Britain 2018 )maybe it will still happen!

They want to build a proper basic utility landy. I'm keen to see what they come up with. IMHO there's a massive gap in the market. All the manufacturers have taken their models continually higher spec for competition forgetting the basics. Even a basic landy could be smart technology ( part electric). It's keeping the rest basic. People like basic!

The words basic & Landrover are unlikely to appear in the same sentence, just so long as it's suitable for hairdresser's or the school-run
