alright fellas.
i pick up my 90 last night and with-in the first couple of miles i noticed a few faults, nothing major (i hope) but just little things, i thought i'd come on here and ask if these or common or not.

first off the fuel guage reads full when it's not, i'm hoping a faulty earth, is this common ?

some of my dash lights are out, before i take the dash apart con any one tell me what sort of bulbs are in there so i can have them at hand, i don't want it apart for too long.

some of the controls don't work, hihg speed wiper, the horn and flash, are older defenders prone to faulty controls like these ? i read a few guys had bother with switchs on headlights so i'm hoping it's something like this

For all electrical you should check the fuse and wiring first, then check the switches.

You might need a new wiper motor, but it will do that last after checking switches and wires

The dashbord lights carry about four sort of flat bulds with 3W or 5W any will work, they are abundant everywhere.

cheers for the reply, i'm about to by a haynes manual off ebay and after it arrives i'll be getting stuck into the faults.

i'll get the dash apart asap for those bulbs
