Hi all, could anyone take a picture of an non edc fuel injection pump auto gearbox setup on a disco 1 please as I have a manual pump fitted but I need to know where the brackets are that house the kick down cable. I know that I need to change the lever bracket but I cant work out what type of bracket I need to hold the kick down in place.
Many Thanks for any help.

Hang on and I'll just go and take sum of my wife's car - a '98 auto retro-fitted with manual pump.

Attached are several pics of the area concerned. They are fairly big pics that will take a little time to download, but should be sufficiently detailed.

thank you so much that has helped me like you would not believe. I really appreciate it:)
The bracket that holds the cable in position, is that slightly angled backwards? (Im gonna try and make one myself I think)

I'm not sure which cable or which bracket you are referring to; can you be a bit more specific please?

Sorry about being vague there, If you see the kick down cable (the bottom cable on the picture) it locates into the lever bracket (the bracket with 4 holes on it. Well there is a bracket prior to that, that holds the cable in location (the bracket where you can adjust the location of the cable it angles down and fixes to the back of the fuel injection pump itself), I was referring to this one.

It's at 90° to the pump body.
