3 weekend ago I went greenlaning with my daughter and got completely stuck. My discovery is a green TD5.
A white Discovery arrived from the opposite direction and, as his winch wasn't connected, he was unable to help, but when he got home he contacted some members of his club and 3 landys arrived and saved the day.
The original disco was driven by Adam(?) and he lives in Kettering and he says he's started a club, which had ultimately rescued me.
The other 3 landys were a 90 defender, a white 300tdi and a superb powerful all conquering blue 300tdi.
The green lane was near Aldwincle in Northamptonshire.
I'd love to get in touch with them to thank them. I tried Facebook but as I didn't have an account I created a new one and Facebook disabled my account as they thought I was impersonating someone
