Whats wrong with it?
If its just the orange seal, try it with no seal, that will at least allow the plug to seat fully home.
 
THANKS,lynall ACTUALLY I DID SO....NOW NO SEAL, BETTER...BUT YES FITS AND LEAKS A LITTLE LESS....DEFINITELY NEED TO REPLACE THE THINGY.... BUT AM HELPLESS WHERE I COULD GET ONE AND HOW IS IT PROPERLY CALLED...HMMM
