If you don't need the back plate (To fit a series x member) do you wish to sell it???

Its going onto the back of me disco, just gonna make an adaptor plate as I think the holes in the disco towplate won't quite fit and I was wanting to move it outwards a little anyway to act as a buffer

Don't need the spreader plater though so yeah I could sell it haha, make me an offer

How can you tell just out of question as I was gonna bid at another one at a later date to use on the front as a recovery point

Depends where are you based?? might be able to pick it up in which case I'd offer a bit more ish

look at its shape the cheaper ones look skinny and punier the HD versions or 8 Tonne versions are huge and beefier

I've got a nato hook on the back of mine mostly because I've got a Sankey trailer and it DOES make a great recovery point but don't think I'd put one on the front for recovery only......I'd rather lose a recovery point than the front of my chassis

haha well I was gonna get it put it on the front winch bumper, the local metal workers is building the bumper onto the chassis with extra supports to make it a bit stronger

Might just go for shackles on the front in this case

Me personally I like a NATO rear and a ball pointing backwards req some grinding to make sure the rough casting arms do not damage the rope
I will fit 2 of these in my trialer either side of a removable winch try to a very very meaty stiffened up bunper

Collected the bugger today, dismantled with a lump hammer, silicone sprayed and greased now so it's working nicely and swivelling properly just need to get a split pin thing to go in the jaw.

I presume its this one ?
