Mysterious Gearbox part - identification needed

Hi all,

I really need some assistance, we are having the 5th gear in our R380 gearbox renewed. Having scoured the forum, I can find no other clue, so are there any buffs out there who can assist in getting a part number, The part in the photos seem to be made of some very hard plastic. The gearbox in question is a manual in our 2.5 Diesel Disco.

We believe this is a oil deflector.

oil feed ring ftc4991,be careful pressing it in and it fits one way with tab to bottom
