Peter, they are not my rock tree sliders, my sliders are hand made/custom made from a friend.

The sliders in the link look good, a good company/seller I believe.

Yesterday, started workmanship of templates from cardboard.
I do not know how will is deal with curvature of rectangular profile.

Regards "curvature of rectangular profile" the person who manufactured my rock sliders said to me that he uses a very very large press to bend the rectangular profile.

Metal is very thick so it was a massive machine I think!!

Normal size is around 50mm wide by 75mm deep but different companies use different sizes.

Mine are built into the body and are 60mm wide by 100mm deep and are 3.2mm thick.

The workshop in your previous photographs should be able to bend the profile to match the curve of t he bodywork. I simple kept mine straight for simplicity.
