my newly fixed and uprated heated seats

If anyone wants seat looks at a bit further West, then I can do them in Swindon.. I'm away a lot for work over the next few months though, so time is not going to be the strong point for me!.

I stripped mine and fixed them when I had the interior out to re-carpet when I bought it. Looking back (it's been 3 years and they're still working!) I should have put uprated T-stats in when I did it last time - but I was more happy at the time just to get them working again!! Maybe when I get bored closer to winter, I'll whip them out and put some higher temp stats in....

summers almost over time to start thinking about those heated seat repairs lol mind you iv got the aircon on at the moment

ive just returned from Edinburgh,i couldn't find a battered mars bar anywhere ??? only one piper on the royal mile and no rab nessbit in sight,,all my preconcetions crushed.ps hollyrood buiding is a f££king dump tho

According to earlier posts 40 degrees C is the temperature you are looking for

Are the cushions on Island 4x4 a complete cushion or the heating elements?

Its not usually the stats that go just the heating elements which you can easily fix or you can get the new heat pads they come complete just stick over the old one, job done

Ok thank you I will get them from Island probably just in case I cant fix them.
Thought I might as well go the whole hogg and uprate them while they are in bits and you suggested fancy stats to give me warm bits.

As anyone ever thought that the seat heater stats are set at the factory temp for a reason?
