look well cool.........does this mean you have no access under the seats?......I'd miss that.....oh....and wipe clean (dry) seats

Look alright... Went for Disco 1 seats myself.
For under seat storage i cut a hole in the front of the seat box. Works fine! Though it's about to become a battery tray box thing
I can take one, though it all looks rather bare at present as floors and seats are out (part of the 200tdi conversion)
It's nothing fancy, i literally took a grinder to it. Was going to make a hatch... but never got round to it.
There are companies who make side access, i.e. a hatch which opens into the door opening space for getting under seat access. Its quite neat if you have money to spend (not sure on price, but it will be more expensive than angle grinding a hole!)
look good, seat covers are a must me thinks!
Did you waste the part you cut?
With a hinge, you can make a cover for the box
