My Glow Plugs Are NAFF

iv got a 83 s3 2.25 diesel me glow plugs have gone and id rather not use the same type again so does any know of any other glow plugs that will fit and dont need the resister and to be wired in series as i do think thats a crap way of doin it thanks.
