Very nice mate with some nice mods would look nicer with some more aggressive tyres but it's all down to what you do with it most of the time lol have you got any pics of the sump guard and where you have mounted your cb? Thinking of getting 1 but don't know where to put it lol

Cheers

Thanks mate, the Yokohama Geolander AT's are perfect on a Freelander. Had AT's on since I brought it, been in very deep snow off road, and mud so deep the belly was scrapping and never got stuck (touch wood). In my opinion muds are too aggressive for the Freelander. I go Green laning once a month (or try to lol), and AT's are alot kinder to the lanes. :)

Sump guard.

Thanks for the reply. Hmm..... I can't put my cb there cause I haven't got that space under the cd player, it's not a facelift :( I'm thinking of making my own sump guard out of sheet aluminium should be easy enough! I hope :p

I got general grabber at2's ATM but when they need changing I'm going for a set of general grabber mt's the at 2 tho is a brilliant tyre good on road, sand, mud, snow, ice, slippery grassy fields just about everywhere and they have lasted over 3 years and just over 25k miles lol

Yeah, chequer plate guard is what I had to start with. Easy enough to do. :)

Is yours a 3 or 5 door, if it's a 3 your could put a CB where the daft sunglasses holder is. Or another place is in the centre arm rest, and have a external speaker.

does it have the loadspace 'cages' ?

if so .. the front one be useful for hanging gear on ..
easy to make mounting plates for whatever's needed

Yea it does it keeps my beagle in the back lol he always bloody manages to jump through the small gap in the middle tho lol

Replaced the spotlights with projector spotlights. Loads brighter and look loads better. :)
