My disco is ****ed !

Hi peeps,

Bought a disco 1 little while back and have noticed that it is lop sided ! It has a 2 inch lift kit and after measuring each arch front and back and on both sides I have noticed that the drivers side is 2 inches lower.
I am new to all this business, so would appreciate it if some one could guide me as to what and where to look to try and identify the probs !!

All the body mounts still solid on that side? If the sill has seperated from the mounts then it could drop and look lop sided.

Forget measuring floor to arch. Get undernerath and measure the length of each spring. That way, you can rule out (or not) other problems.

Make sure you do it on flat ground.

Replace springs with new ones. Beamach are ok if its not used for hard core offroading

Sounds like they are shagged. New springs please. My next ones will be Old Man Emu after buying Terriblefirma and regretting it.

Try swapping left to right .. worked on mine!
