Cheers, will do got h/d rear bumper been in my garage a couple of years, needs re-coating or painting and snorkel to fit won that a couple months ago.

Wheels had to change colour, done with silver and not the brake dust won't show. lol

Wow this needs updating don't see to get much time to get on here much.

Got my new bottle fitted last night, but still forgot to take a after photo today. I've also fitted a replacement headlight washer pump in place of the rear screen washer pump, as I don't use the rear wiper.

Old v new

Now you see it

Now you don't

Headlight washers working

I decided to fit my snorkel I won a year ago sept, Then quickly regretted it. but after a bit of panicing I got there in the end. temp plate was hit and miss, and cast housing wasn't drilled for a fixing but all ended well and looks good I think.

Extra bolt is where the cast piece is bolted on, still need to seal this section but it took a lot longer than I expected to fit, and also looking into replacing that fabric hose.

Got an old camera out to see if it took better pictures than my phone as I keep looking at others photos and impressed with the details. This still doesn't really cut it.

Why post one when I can post them all. Still need a better camera one of them Mercedes things I think SLR ?

Been replacing brake lines aswell pictures will do the talking.

Out with the old.

In with the new.

What do you think of this idea to keep the ABS cables tidy ?

Engine Guard came, Fitted the sensor wire and ran cable in to cabin under dash on lunch break. Then after first choose of position wouldn't work, I chopped a bit of vent. Just to wire up tomorrow.

Disc's and pads on the front so brakes should been all good for a while. Also added some more rubber protection around the lower sections of the front ABS wires and brake hoses as they were close to rubbing on the hub.

Time to start the transfer box change as soon as time allows.

Transfer box out in between thunder storms.

think this has lost its newness

A few worn teeth about

Couple pictures, new mounts and heat shield. that's the old heat shield in front.

The point I was feeling I was on the home straight.

Gear stick out ready for new bits.

While changing the bush at the bottom of the gear stick, I had the yoke part on my rag getting ball and bush out and after I noticed these bits of metal  I don't know where they have come from so I'll just ignore it. This little t/box change is getting involved.

Postman came with my slick shift. N Had a couple small issues the main one the gear stick hit the bolt of the spring adjuster. Wouldn't have thought it was caused by wear to other parts as I've just replaced the bush around the ball at the bottom of the gear stick and it's also a new gearstick it's self all from LR.

Also replace the gator as mine was split and fitted a cable tie to keep it tight, there seems to be a place for one but wasn't one fitted to the old gator.

Put my new gasket on the tunnel plate after its little Mod to make future work easier.

Also used the centre part of the gasket for tunnel plate to replace the thin foam around heat box outlet for the rear.

Must admit I had help putting the pipes back in.

A quick search and found a thread that ferry had already answered with his great electrical knowledge, basically I haven't got the correct gearbox loom for CDL, but only a 30 sec to move a connecter in the multi plug of the gear box loom. Then I learnt I don't have the correct SLABS as the TC and ABS lights were on when I checked the CDL light, which I thought mite be the case. (Being on an 02 plate pre facelift with a 15p engine I thought it was 50/50 to which SLABS I had)

As always the pic's.
Black green top left to bottom centre right.

Working now.

And the SLABs wire cut mod, tried my hardest to remove the pin from the multi plug but it wasn't happening so cut it, and fitted bullet connectors as UP's write up.

The point I was feeling I was on the home straight and after the headache.

Gave it some more love today and this isn't like me so hold tight, quick wash, then G3 the worst of the scratches out, and touched up the deep ones. tomorrow hopefully getting a machine polish. its never going to win a prizes as its used for work and play but should keep it tidy. Mite also look for a new bonnet or is that pushing things lol. The scatches don't show up on a phone camera but this is what its like all over.

tonight I also got the over spray off the top right corner of the tailgate and rear window.

and set about fixing the offside rear seat with bits off the spare seat I got from heathy. thought I was going to swop my leather on to the replacement seat but turned out a lot easier (for a Change) just swopped the centre leg.

Last one of a not very exciting post, made use of the sls remote to park closer to the garage door, got to have the toys.

Last couple of days lunch hour and evenings have been taken up cleaning.

Not bad for an old work horse, that's used everyday. Plenty of areas that could use more attention but I'm no detailer, just like to look after it every now and then. Just Windows and black trims up windscreen and rear quarters to do. But tomorrow I'll be welding the small hole in the exhaust and checking oil levels.

Thanks,
Sorry I don't have a link, I think it came from ebay a few years ago.

Благодаря,
Извините, у меня нет ссылки, я думаю, что она пришла с ebay несколько лет назад.
