My disco 300tdi 3 door build thread

not to put a downer on things, but what temperature does powder coat go soft/melt, just wondering about the rocker cover..not so much of an issue on the outside just thinking the inside, nice colour though, whered you get the pipes from?

no mate its heated up when applied so na my bells on my m3 brakes are coated and there fine

Bmw looks amazing, but am I right in thinking you are running it with no air filter..?

Love what you are doing with that disco. When are you painting it grey..?

Lol cheers mate yeh running it with no filter, getting a custom made ITG one for long journeys
At min disco has no radiator, cooler, oil cooler pipes or any thing on, getting painted back end of year
 
Right well i havnt had time to update my thread on here as my M3 has taken prime spot with magazine feature and interior change so all ive really done i freshen up the under bonnet area

So anything that isnt welded or glued is being taken off and powder coated nd slowly replacing all the hoses





ive still the timing belt to replace and ive a new timing cover which ive painted grey
i have also got new high flow inter cooler, ally header tank, new radiator (which is already fit) new cooler pipes to fit, and full service to do but shes gettin there
