Hi Folks,
The general consensus on here seems to be to buy a genuine key from a dealer as the ebay items are poor quality and need cutting. The bigger issue is that the transponder won't deactivate the immobiliser so while the key may open the car you are still snookered.
I just wanted to invite a revised opinion on this as time and technology has moved on since some of the older posts.
If I need a second key are we still tied to the dealers and what is the right price?
Thanks
Richard

Dealer price is £300 ish.

Just had one done for £65 but it does need the blade cutting.
