My beloved 110 was nicked last night while in the garage for repairs. CCTV shows 2 white guys taking her at 20:04 in the Sidcup area. She's quite distinctive being a double cab conversion, white in colour and a dent around the fuel cap area - wasnt me btw! She's got an A bar with twin spots on and at time of theft a brownchurch roof rack that has been chequer plated with accompanying ladder

any help would be appreciated

Sorry to hear that mate.

Was it driven, towed or lifted with a crane? Did it have any additional security fitted? alarm, immobiliser, steering lock etc?

This happens so often to Defenders that it's just unreal. I bet most 90/110 owners on here are still driving around in easy targets despite seeing all these threads.

Sure, any car can be stolen, but the standard Defender is easier to steal than most. If I was lucky enough to own a Defender I'd do just about everything I could to make it a bitch to steal. I'd even fit a GPS tracking device for when all else fails.

Sorry to hear about your loss. This thread probs won't help you get your Landy back but hopefully it will help prevent the same happening to someone else's.
