mpg on TD6 anyone ?

considering buying one of the above, whats realworld mpg like, my everyday motor is a C32 merc and I'm only getting 22mpg out of that, its just so tempting to keep hoofing it. I was thinking i may get 25 out of a TD6 RR (typical run to the office is 40miles on the M1) is that realistic ?

I have a TD6 RR Vogue - I do drive it quite quickly & it returns 19.8MPG
That said if you want to cruise on the motorway at 75 / 80 it will be more like 30MPG

It dosen`t worry me really as i only travel 7 miles to the station
Love it though - gives me everything i want out of a vehicle
