landys having a clutch fitted and while its in the garage mot has ran out so gotta have that done,i have 100w headlight bulbs which im sure are an mot failure,i also have aswell as the standard sidelights i have headlights with built in sidelights which have led sidelight bulbs in are theese an mot failure?

Don't think they check the wattage or how the light is made, as long as it comes on and kicks up at the side like it should.

i doubt the tester will notice the wattage - they just check alignment.
the side lights are not a problem, as long as at least one each side works.
