Anyone wanting an unbiased MOT centre at Welwyn, Herts could try this: Royton Express Deliveries (Welywn) Ltd
They only do MOT's, no repairs or tyres sold,etc. so have no interest in failures.
Did my MOT, pass with no advisories and no problems, just £40. I've no connection with the place, just a satisfied customer.
