Defender 200tdi bits

Need to free up some funds to progress my build so trying to flog some of this:

Rolling chassis with tub and bulkhead. This is the old chassis and obviously doesn't include a v5 or title. The axles are in good shape with the rear one having drums not disks. It's does have repairs along the rails but it passed the last mot with no welding needed to make it pass. The bulkhead does need some repair but is not a rusty holed mess. The fuel tank is also still attached. Could go on and on describing it but prob best just to say any questions just ask or you can come and have a look round it whenever suits you. Looking for around £550

200tdi rear exhaust section £20


200tdi inter cooler £15

LT77 gearbox with no issues or leaks £120
LT230 1:4 transfer box with cross drilled input gear £120

First dibs on the gearbox please if it's as good as you say?

Gearbox has no spline wear and gets into all gears with no problems. It doesn't have the selector bit on the top as I'm having to use that on my new box. Only up for sale as I'm using a stuby r380 now.

Interested in the 1.4 transfer box. Any history on it? How about mileage etc?
Also interested in gearbox if deal with Flossie falls through!

Any chance of getting a courier to collect or maybe arrange a LZ courier?

Hi, what's the inside/bottom of the rear door like please, and do you have the other 2 hinges?

The box looks original to the vehicle it came from which had 156000 on the clock. I did a clutch change last year and while the box was out I took the input gear out and the sump plate off to inspect. The input gear is the cross drilled kind and has no spline wear. The rest of the gears look good with none of the teeth being sharp or chipped. I also changed the gearbox input oil seal and the two oil seals on the output couplings as well as some of the gaskets. I'm selling it as I'm going with 1:2 ratio box otherwise I'd be refitting it with no worries. Yea a courier is no problem. I work shifts so can normally be around in the day for pickups.

Hi, the Inside and bottom of the door has some rust but no holes. I'll double check tomorrow and add some pics of the condition. I do have the other two hinges as well. Postage may be an option but I don't think it will be cheap. I'll see if I can get a quote and pm you.

@Ash2304 some pics of the bottom of the door. Only really has surface rust with no thinning of the metal.

Looks pretty good to me! Did you manage to get any kind of postage quote? If you can give me a rough size and weight and your postcode then I'll get a quote from my end if it saves you messing around.

Sorry I haven't managed to get s quote yet, off the top of my head I know APC charges about £50 for a pallet. Dimensions are 1130mm X 870mm and approx 30-35kg. My postcode is HR2 7XZ.

Hi, the bulkhead does need some work but wouldn't take much to repair. I'll put some pics up of the worst bits below.
