...and if your worried about the missus whinging, just put some pretty wrapping paper around the box and she'll think you've hidden a present up there for her - then she'll forget all about it, job done...

That is precisely the reason my rods were in the shed, but now they live on top of the radiator in the kitchen

Well, I fixed my fog light tell-tale today, just used some conducting paint to do the electrical pathways on the circuit board behind the warning panel. I've got my side-light/dipped beam light back as well
