Had an early slot at 8.00am, dropped it in, had a chat with Mr Young the tester, went across the road to Asda to do some shopping and when I got back it had passed with no advisories.

Happy bunny is I :D:D

We consistently rack up 12-14000 miles a year, the present set of tyres has done 34k miles and still has 6mm left. We have covered 68k miles since we put it on the road in July 2009.

Emissions CO limit is 3.5% by volume, our test was 0.002%, a pretty clear pass!

After the 2000 mile trip to Europe last month it was pretty much clear in the exhaust side, pulling that big trailer of ours meant a lot of full throttle hill climbing in 4th or 3td gear.

I did talk to the tester about the ACE pipes, which are a bit crusty but should be coming off this weekend if the weather holds, I have had replacement solid ARB's here for 3 years but the expected ACE failure never happened.

Car is 16 years old in November.
