I'm here waitng for Hurricane Ida to fly by.. and thought that a car-cover for a Series is probably the most useless gift for my Landy.. but I'm sure members can think of more?:blabla:
 
I would quite enjoy taking my Land Rover into a posh valet place just to see the look on their faces!

A stereo? That's entirely useful. People who can't hear their stereo aren't trying hard enough with their install!
 
I can hear the stereo but can't play feck all from the cd slot, for some unfathomable reason it dislikes leafspring suspension. :D
 
Depends how you mount the CD player - Put it in a cubby box or something with a bit of absorbtion rather than a plastic mount on a metal dash and it will reduce the shock to it - my CD player is fine on and off road (apart from big bumps at speed). I normally just plug in an MP3 player with all my CDs on it - problem solved :)
 
Mine is on an overhead shelf so doesn't really get any damping at all up there. I don't use it for cds tho, same as yourself I plug my phone or ipod into the aux.

Polish. You do see some of folk at club stands with their polish out at shows and so forth! Seems a fairly pointless use of a Series landie to me but there you go.
 
I can reach the 30mph speed limit in a couple of minutes ! not sure i'd like to try to get to A road full speed !
