more quick mods????

hey guys prob in the wrong place but a kind of general question about mods... did the bypass on the egr today and to be honest amazed at the difference it makes to the take off...to say there was a build up inside the manifold is an understatement..wondering anymore more quick easy tips for more power/better fuel economy etc would be very gratefull..oh and where is the bastard little breather filter..is it the one behind the engine just hanging.. that kinda looks like a small in-line fuel filter

The breather filter is here: (here is at the yellow arrow marked as # 1, the round and oval piece, looks as two covers but it's just one piece put together). It's possible you will have to remove the overflow pipes (red arrows) to be able to remove the cover easily, but pay attention not to break the T-pieces.

Next on your list should be a roverron synergy 2. One of the members on here has also done a homemade de-cat which he reckoned improved responsiveness. Another couple of members have also junked the original moulded intake pipe replacing it with silicon hoses & alloy pipes & they say it's also improved things.
