Yeah also I have 2 batts fitted on my car and think one has died.

I have 072 size fitted, are these equivalent?

Do you have yellow tops also?

these are gel fill with deeper cycle than acid batts so ideal for landys n off roaders
n high CCA

Still for sale?

I believe the red top is a more 'standard' battery for running the vehicle as usual and the yellow top is better for running a winch and accessories off?

pm price for 1 red top, and separate price for 1 red and 1 yellow top please.

Sorting my Disco after it's swim and dunno if I'll use a single battery or two yet .. cheers. Will definitely have a red top anyway, just can't make my mind up till I get the money in my hands whether to have a yellow as well .. ;)
 
Red top is a slightly higher CCA paul but is not apparently designed for deep cycle.

I have a sneaky feeling it would be ok but you never know.

Ideally you want one red for starter and a yellow for everything else although two yellows would be same and/or better.

Yellow are dearer but more universal, still got loads of CCA but can cycle deeper and more Ah.

Thanks Sam, about what I thought, so I'll probably go 1 red 1 yellow. Seems a balanced, cost effective solution.
