Hi guys, just wondering if anyone was able to help us out. I'm away camping with my scout group in Wembury near plymstock, and the campsite is down the bottom of a big hill with crap surface.

We've got the cars and one minibus out, but we still have another minibus and a big van stuck at the bottom that we cannot get up.

Just wondering if anyone was able to come help tow us up? We're in Wembury PL9 0DL if anyone is near.

Poor internet so if you're able to help text me on (number removed for now). We're going out for the day but will be back this afternoon/evening or can arrange another time.

Any help would be appreciated :)

Afraid that's 5 hours away for me so can't hlep, but, if you've got loads of scouts then it sounds like a perfect challenge - pushing a mini bus up a hill... they'll be fine

We can't push it up because it's quite steep and we don't particularly want to run anyone over :p

Really? Every Scout trip i've helped out with so far the parents have said they'll pay us double to not bring the kids back... :p

Have sent you a text, I might be able to help tomorrow as about an hour away as long as I get discharged from hospital ok.

Spoke to keats Going to have a look about 7, when they get back from the seaside

Should be fairly straight forward, but I've only got the disco cause the 90 failed the mot, if there's anyone else close by on standby just in case let me know

Thanks for the help guys, got Billy coming later on to give it a pull up, should just be a tow rope job as we can get half way up but that's all.

We managed to get cars up in the damp, it's just the front wheel drive minibus and big van that we can't do because it's just too slippy. (They're both empty)

Have you tried putting scouts in vans for weight and then reversing them up, it throws weight on front wheels to get more grip:)
