I have a 1989 110 CSW that I am fixing up back to a usable state.
Doing so involves replacing the four side doors- a main problem within the vehicle as only one side door (passenger) is working.
I have , due to cost , gone for the Series 3 Anti-Burst door bottoms and tops for the front two doors and am looking to follow suit with the middle row.
As I understand, for starters , there are no S3 anti-burst middle doors available so I would have to change the lock plate on the body? Or can I drill a hole to fit anti-bursts?
But firstly do Series middle row doors fit Defender door frames? I have nothing to suggest either way...
Then comes the question of what goes into the skin- windows etc - what would I need to purchase?
If anyone has done this conversion or has an early 110 (which as I understand has these style doors?) I would be grateful for all possible help! Pictures or written.
Thank you in advance for your help,
Elliot.
