My 2008 Freelander 2 TDI SE radio has stopped working on Medium Wave only. All the other bands and controls work fine. An ex LR technician, said this was not unique to my vehicle and a number of Freelander 2's had this fault. Has anyone experienced the same?, if so surely it should be repaired under warranty ?

Ignore the **** takers. 
The LRtech was right when he said it's a fairly common fault with FL2's. It's caused by a power surge from the factory fitted....
