Anyone help please.
2000 dse.
Caught some ****s under my car fiddling. Now have diesel coming from somewhere an occasionally the car throughs up an alternator fault? Ciukd the alternator faukt be linked to diesel tetting in somewhere.

Apart from being thoroughly ****ed, would be useful to get some ideas as to common leaks so I can establish waht could be the issue.

Sounds like they were probably after the diesel in your tank - not uncommon in these high fuel price times.....

We had some ****s trying to drain the fuel in some of of company vans while parked in the car park at work overnight....the benefits of CCTV.

Take a gander at the fuel lines and connections for security....the injectors have been known to leak, and also the leak off pipes under the manifold split.

If i was nicking fuel there would be no pipes disconnected. Punching an hole in the tank would be favourite. You need to take a look.

Just a thought dont know anything about oil burners but round here they have been trying to nick the cats not the meaow ones before you all start if they were could they have disturbed the fuel line somewhere just a thought

One of my colleagues at work has a company 2011 Disco 4 that someone tried to take the cat off (Shepperton area) and also one of our mobile workshops had the cat stolen in the Walton/Hersham area too.
