What about a clean up with propanol (or similar) and a toothbrush? You might then see the problem joints and touch them up.
OR get a hot air rework station from ebay (£40 at last look)
OR post the board to Nodge or MHM
Just an update
Dropped the fl2 up to a garage some 35 miles away for them to diagnose the fault.
Had a clear run most of the way and oddly she drove fine for 30 miles some 40 odd minutes until I hit some roadworks and slow moving traffic . Shortly after the hold up she went into fault now going back a bit in the thread it was mentioned ed about the alternater not being 100% I'm beginning to wonder if it is the problem as it looks original and the cars got 186k on it......
