Manual Gearbox Again

hi all

just been driving the range rover 2.5 dse for a few months without a problem and bang here comes another 1 the problem this time is that i can only select 1st and 2nd gear no matter how hard i try it i cant get the gear lever to move to the right ive just about drove the car home in 2nd alot of people not happy behind me

what do you people think it could be

Dunno what the gearbox is on a P38 ... but if that happened on my Disco (R380 manual gearbox) I'd whip the covers off and check the bias plate and springs ..

believe it is the R380.
