It's massive, there's loads to look at ie the quads and motocross track. It £25 well spent. Plus the burger vans are there.

I race mx too so will be there sometime on the bike , il have a venture over

Anyone going this weekend? I've heard a rumour they are open Friday and Monday as its bank holiday.

Can anyone confirm its open tomorrow ( Monday ) quite fancy having a run over to see whats going on.

Do they allow spectators, reason i ask is me and my son are getting a defender together to use for the odd p and p with but we have been out of the off road sciene for a while but my sons g/friend wants to go and see what its all about so i am trying to get a few sites together where we can go to as spectators till we get a defender.

we live in manchester so mansfield isn't that far away

Hi i have been to this pay and play on a few sundays with others and it is not bad but the bike and quads seem to be takeing over the site. At first there was only 2 bike tracks but now there are 4 if not 5 tracks for bikes and quads so 4x4s are getting shorter runs.But it not to bad

cheers matt just looked at there website and with a bit of look we mite be able to go tomorrow just depends what son and his g/friend are doing

Shall be up there sunday all being well if anyones about, first play day in the disco lets see what its like

Hey, it appears that 4x4 is not on until Sunday. Look at the events page on the site - will save you a disappointed trip.

I am off to Russia on Sunday otherwise i would of been there.

I did and it said its on this saturday and sunday but as it happens my son and g/friend are at her dads birthday party today so we will probably go next saturday instead.

we can only go on saturdays as i work sundays as i work in retail but a can probable get the odd sunday off to go on a sunday every now and then

Or maybe i am looking at there calender wrong as its showing two red boxes for april 6th and 7th but the rest of the weekends in april show they are clear so i am not sure now but i will keep looking at there calender and see

Did you go and whats it like

Just been told that they are going to be making the 4x4 section smaller by a mate who lives over there so will not be worth going soon.

yeah i went was really good fun and the place is huge, hope they dont make it smaller!

car handled its self really well tbh. only things i couldnt manage were deep water and silly big ruts but both things are height related, everything else was fine,

good to meet you jack.
my drowned land rover attempt didnt falter the old beast, shame the heads gone and died.

to those who havent been i had a good day, i really didnt expect much but its got some good trails etc.

id advise taking note when it says deep water though.
