A snorkel kit
30mm Wheel spacers

Mada whats the freelander like for off roading and also loving the project

I've not done any 'serious' off-roading in it yet but the little but I have its preformed very well! It's my first 4x4 so can't really compare it to anything but I do think it's good!

im thinking of getting a freelander for off roading most prob a 1.8 petrol to see if I like it and if so maybe then get a better 4x4

Where did you get your front fog kit from and was it easy to fit? I would like to put some On my hippo.

Where are you getting the Snorkel kit from?
This is something else I would like to purchase.

ebay for both of the mate. just keep an eye out for the fog light kit.

The snorkel is a kit which i found and going to adapt to fit the freelander, I will put pictures up after I have done it

diesel rhino arrived today, have to put in 30mls for every 10L for the first fill up so ill be doing that in the morning!


got a spare boot handle so thought I may as well smooth the badge off as i have never seen it done before





New hoses arrived, so took inlet off and cleaned it with oven cleaner, as you can see it deffo needed doing!



will carry on with this in the morning and fit these

car seems to be pulling a lot more smoothly now, after cleaning the inlet and due to the new hoses!

went up to the woods to take a few pictures



Diesel rhino is now in the fuel tank so will be recording the results from it too!

and on the way back up the road had some snow!

Hi I notice you haven't done the EGR blank, any particular reason as you're modding it?

its in the plan to do! just not got round to buying one yet, i cleaned it about 1 month ago and cleaned it again at the weekend. it was filthy inside already!

got a service planned soon, where ill be doing egr blank and bmw oil breather mod.
snorkel and 30mm spacers arriving this week along with some new stickers!

Cool. If you're like me you'll be cleaning those hoses every couple of weeks. They get mucky, with turbo vapour I think, if you don't keep on top of them.
