M47 oil filter washer

Hi , just got at twice the price

, a L R oil filter , i normally use a motaquip vfl439 that comes with the large O ring , however the L R filter comes with a small copper washer , as well as the O ring , whats the copper washer for ?

JamesM is right - it's the sump plug washer.

As a matter of interest - which manufacturer's name is on the LR Filter?

I just bought two genuine filters delivered for 9 quid!!! Don't forget you can use the 75/zt listed filter (exactly the same) and these are ususally cheaper than a freelander listed one!!!

Hi , my internet signal has been crap again

as i tried to upload a piccy of said washers last night i got a L R sump plug seal ALU1403L which is bigger than the copper one that came with the filter thanks guys

Oil filter is for a Td4 and Td6.

O ring is for Td4 and Td6.

Copper washer is Td6 Sump bung.

Alu washer is Td4 Sump Bung.
