Where are all the grease points on a 109 ex mod rover, and what oils go in each spot.

I know that oil goes in the engine and that is about all I have ever changed. I don't know very much about cars but I'm ready to learn and I'm not afraid to get my hands dirty.

Are there any good pictorials (I'm a visual learner) on how to grease the axles and swivel balls?

Try here for the manuals It's an eastern European site but all The manuals are in English, except for a few dutch ambulance manuals. LAND ROVER MANUALS DOWNLOAD .

From your other post you are in Alaska, so I would go synthetic for trans oils , as they give you a much bigger viscosity range . In winter conditions the drag from thick oils in diffs etc can be really noticeable as there is not a lot of spare hp to start with. :)
