Hi chaps

I've got 1986 defender 300tdi conversion. R380 gearbox too. (Reverse is below 5th)
I'm going to purchase the wright off road soundproof kit but do I need the r380 or Lt77 kit
Now I know the transmission tunnels are changed to do the conversion but I'm pretty sure I have a lt77 tunnel
At the seat box end it's square not like a crescent sort of shape which I thought was R380
As for the bell housing near the bulkhead I'm not sure
If pics are required I will post them up

Many thanks

I'm not sure on the bulkhead end of the transmission tunnel, but this picture should show the 2 different types at the seatbox end. The pale green seat box at the back of the picture has the square shape for the lt77 box, the dark green version in the forefront has the crescent shape for the r380.

Maybe have a look on google images to compare the shapes at the bulkhead end?

Thanks so I have lt77 seat box and the middle part of the tunnel is lt77 just got to work out the part nearest the bulkhead!!??

r380 has wider tunnel and gap in seat box ,as transfer box sits an inch or 2 further forward with v8 and 300 tdi defenders than 200tdi and previous engines
