Love it hate it?? im thinking its a disease at this stage....

Just a general rant lads,

just spent nearly €3.5k in the last couple months on my P38 and it had now better be good for the next year or ill be very disappointed!!

basically in the last couple weeks i have had the following done

bought a Donor for a new Engine and gearbox

new engine and gearbox fitted
new radiator
new brakes front and rear
cruise control fixed
new steering wheel fitted
EAS air leak in the rear lines
track rod ends
drag links
oil cooler hose
full service,
injector replaced
leak off pipes replaced
new black Hurrican Alloy wheels fitted
12000lbs winch fitted
factory winch tray fitted
bull bar
light guards



im sure there are a few small things ive forgotten but thats basically it for now. point is im starting to think its a sickness!! anyone else feeling the same? here are some pics of it today after i took 3 hrs washing and hovering it

You've still got those white cable ties on the winch!!!!

and your number plates are illegal

I reckon you are fishing for complements. Still, it is a very pretty car. Good luck with it for the future.

when the engine overheats he can warm it up and eat it while he waits for the AA van

If I've done my calculations correctly that works out at a smidge over £3000 which if somebody else has done all the work doesn't seem a bad price. I don't think I could get that list of goodies supplied and fitted for that money around here.

I know there is a shortage of black ones here in Ireland since the earth quake in japan, we sent all our stocks over there to help rebuild!!

not really fishing for compliments just too see if im mad? its a lot of money and i wanted to know if other people pay the same.

that work doesent actually include the price of the winch, the tray, Bull Bar, fog lights and light guards forgot about them. think they were around £700 and i fitted them myself
