Lots of smoke??!!

anyone here ever comped a 200tdi? anybody brave enough?

what do you mean by that tig??

i mean comp safari, speed trials, stuff like that. just that you normally see v8's. have seen a couple of 200 disco's on tha rally scene before now, they do ok, probably on propane though!!! just wondered!

when they in low range i find them to be well but they do easy suffer low in the rev range uless the turbo is spinning, i use the v8 aswell and to be honest you dont really have to touch low range unless its really tricky, would like a v8 disco any day.
its possiblr they dont get used much as bieng slightly underpowerd they burn through clutches to quick perhaps? and no am not talking from experience lol
