I am losing ace fluid on my 2003 td5 dico it's not dripping out under the car. So not sure what to do. I keep it topped up. But it loses about a 1/3 a tank every week. Any ideas?

It's quite possible to lose fluid from the ACE system and not see it dripping from the underneath of the vehicle. The ACE runs at quite a high pressure and if the leak(s) is caused by pin-holes due to corrosion then the fluid is going to leave as a spray and not a drip when the engine is running and the ACE is active. You might find a fine oily covering on the rear door which you can't explain.

As Biggeeeee says, get it checked and repaired, it will only get worse.

If it's just one pipe at fault then it can be cheaper to get it replaced than to go the whole hog and replace the active system with static anti-roll bars.

It appears to be leaking from a box on the drivers side. I tried to upload a photo but can't seem to. There are 2 pipes to it and 2 hoses from it. I think the bolt underneath maybe leaking? ?

Yes that's it. I was told by a mechanic that the previous owner changed the pipes from that box to the rear of the car to hydraulic hoses. What do I do?

Is it the fronts leaking?

If so do the same mod for the 4 front connections and use hose on those

I am part way through doing this
