Hi all
Have said hello in the introductions, just I've bought a '95 300TDI, very pleased with it - although I now know what truckers must experience when the numpty in front brakes for no reason and you lose all that lovely momentum..
I was wondering anyone has dealt with a driver's seat that slides ever so slightly - couple of mm - when braking. Sitting stationary I can rock it with my body weight, in the runners, but not by hand when I get out.The seat is leather, elec adjustment with the 2 position memory. FWIW the rake adjustment doesn't work but all other electrics fine.
I am planning to have a furtle about this weekend, although I don't have the handbook, or the right manual, so being ultra-cautious I just wanted to check if anyone else has had this? I did a search but nothing came up. Apologies if a v simple fix.
