Looking to buy a FL2

Right, after many weeks thinking, looking I've decided to buy a FL2. I'm a complete newbie when it comes to FL so thought I would ask a couple of questions, hoping someone can provide some response.

* Is there a particular year/model to get. To be honest, I'm looking to spend around 6k - 9k.
* Is a FL2 with 100K+ miles on the clock ok? (its going to be a diesel)

You will not get a working FL2 for £6000.

There are 18 FL2s on Auto Trader between £7700 & £9000.
6 of them are under 100k miles with the lowest being 86,000.

If you're a Freelander newbie then I wouldn't make your mind up just yet . Make sure you read up on common faults and user reviews.
