** Looking for freelander parts **

Hi All, Hoping to be pointed in the right direction to try and find some parts for my Freelander. I've been trying to find an iphone adapter to plug into the back of my standard head unit cd changer port, but all the ones i've seen are £50 quid plus £20 for the charging adapter. Anyone know where I can get it cheaper or has one for sale as am not willing to pay that.

I'm also looking to replace the black casing for the high level brake light as the coating is totally gone and every one i've seen is the same or coating is on its last legs. Can you buy them new from anywhere?
