Hi,
10 plate HSE auto -
The doors will always unlock off the keyfob, however if I'm tinkering about for longer than 10 mins then the doors will refuse to lock - it doesnt matter how many times I try opening and shutting them or the boot, or the sunroof, bonnet etc, the car remains fully open and the alarm wont activate.
However - if I simply put the fob in the docking slot for even a second, it then locks and unlocks quite happily, continuing to do so even after a few hours. This would suggest that the fault is not a result of the fob battery not holding a charge?
Any thoughts would be gratefully received. This is my first Landrover and I'm beginning to learn they are proven to prompt a certain amount of head scratching....
