Lights not working indicators not working

Right some bastard run into the rear side of my discovery td5 bent the exhaust caved in the side panel it an old work horse but I have got a flashing symbol on the dash the door wont unlock anyone know what this means

From a field the mud it a working truck always pulling trailers dumping soil bricks ect. Anyway took the fuse box off water came out of one of the connectors so hoping that it the crash thing might just be coincidental
