Hi Guys just wondering if anyone can help me.. The Lift Pump in my jeep is staying on even after I take the key out and lock the jeep.. have changed the fuse box as these give trouble have changed the relay with a working one anyone come across this before.. ( 97 RR p38 diesel )

We do not do Jeeps on here but if you ever happen to get a P38 Range Rover diesel and the fuel pump won't stop with ignition off. You have a leaking diode in the alternator.

Am Guys thought i made it clear when i put the 97 RR ( Range Rover ) at the end of my post Thanks wammers. i figured out my altenator wasnt charging properly but didnt think it would affect my lift pump can u explain it to me and are there any other clues if its a leaky diode if i change the alt will this stop or is there something else.. thanks

But you kept refering to it as a Jeep....the Evoque is doing enough to cheapen the Range Rover brand without owners refering to them as a cheap American excuse for a 4x4...!!!:D:D:D:D
