Got a leak on the ace any 1 know if the pipes are replaceable ???

Yes they are...and if you want to keep the ACE keep filling the reservoir untill you fix it or you'll lose the pump too...then you'll end up on conventional anti roll bars

do a search for a local hydraulic supplier for pipes but be prepared need to get car plugged in to bleed.

unless it's the pressure supply pipe, then you have to be aware of that:

The flexible hose which supplies pressure from the pump to the supply pipe attached to the front cross member is
fitted with an attenuator. The attenuator comprises a bullet shaped valve which is located between two spiral wound
springs held at each end of the flexible hose. This valve operates as a restrictor to damp pressure waves of hydraulic
fluid from the pump, reducing noise and strain on components downstream. The attenuator is integral with the supply
hose and pipe and cannot be serviced separately.

... and if you dont disturb the valves in the valve block in 99% of cases it will bleed itself while running

The leak is about 30cm down from the reservoir where the rubber pipe meets the metal pipe

as you describe it might be this RQB000300 | Pipe Return , if not identify it here Allbrit.de - Ersatzteile für LAND ROVER & MG ROVER , click on + near the number then google out the part number cos it might be superseded

Will post a pic in morning ! It's where the rubber meets the metal pipe it's pipe number 12 on diagram can I just bypass this with compression pipes

so is the rubber pipe fubar or is the metal pipe fubar or just the seal between the 2 ??

the link i posted is for nr 12 with the superseded number(RQB100310)... that's the pipe with the atenuator within.

thought you said pressure pipe had atenuator in it ,it comes in 2 pieces rqb000280 and rqb000380 iirc

i quoted from RAVE about the supply pipe...you are right, that's not nr12(my mistake sorry

)...nr 12 is without atenuator, it's doable from normal pressure hose.

the top of the 2 pipes that run under rad is pressure pipe ,the other return, it looks like return in pic,whichj is n0 12 in seirraferys link,goes from res to valve block

mine rusted out (two of them) turned out tro be a very expensive job to replace, so got rid of ACe system, you don;t really noice it too often
