Leaking Swivel Housings

I have a 1988 3.5 and would be grateful for some advice. Both swivel housings are leaking and I was wondering whether it is worth replacing the standard oil with the one shot grease or best just to have the seals replaced and, if the latter, what other parts should be replaced at the same time.
