same problem, sometimes the seal comes away at the back corners, evo stick in the corner and shoule be fine. I had to completley seal my back sunrooffrom the glass to the surround and then to the roof itself. top tip being mastik which is thicker than silicone and baby wipes to clean up. NOTHING cleans as good and neat as baby wipes. I've tried all else.

I found on mine the problems were caused by the plastic frame losing its seal to the roof. This meant water was ending up in the metal inside-tray and running out through various holes.

Its worth checking the plastic drain tubes are patent if possible too by pouring some water through and seeing if it leaks out. I found that two of the plastic 'boxes' had also come loose from the metal tray but fixing that is really a headlining out job.

But at least that way you can be fairly sure you've covered all the bases.

I'll tell all of u what i did when my sunroof leaked....I forced the handle over it's normal position(carefully not to brake it) to maximum.....it seems the additional pressure seald it ...... i'm using it that way and no more leaks.........more than 2 years since then with no problems.......maybe i'm just lucky:cool:
