Leaking exhaust manifold

Good evening guys hope you all had a good day? My latest question in the on going saga called Emily is I have a leaking exhaust manifold gasket on the passenger side. It's a rhythmic tapping soon as she starts and is still present when engine up to temp. The ticking increases with acceleration and decreases when slowing down. On tick over its ticking at engine speed .
So my question is can i re torque them hoping it will close the leak? Or will i have to remove it?
Next question is how can I make sure I don't snap them is jb weld intense heat filler?
What to do for the best? Hope your combined wisdom will get me through this latest chapter lol

No... replace the gasket.
Its not unknown for the gasket between the manifold and the Y pipe to blow.
I had a similar issue with my 3.9, but waited six months or so until I had the auto box fluid and filter change at a garage as then gaskets on both sides are then changed.

So remove in the three rusty nuts and part the joint, remove bits of the old gasket, slot in a new gasket and fit back the nuts, sounds simples

Emily is a discovery 1 es 3.9 v8 petrol witth lpg conversion .

Hi discool , yep sounds so very simple! But as we all know its like pulling teeth from the Devils spawn .
So best to pb blast a few times befofe trying to crack them, yes? Any idea on socket si ze buddy

The nut Is M8 so worth replacing with new ones I think.
